Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S joins OLTC development program
The Danish entrepreneur Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S (CEAS), specialiazing in concrete repair on large scale infrastructure projects, has once again signed a comprehensive leadership development contract with Outdoor Leadership Training Center.
Bang & Olufsen international talent training
OLTC deliveres an intensive 8 h. surprise team building and outdoor leadership training session to the international talent team from Bang & Olufsen (B&O).
The target is to facilitate even stronger relations and trust between the 13 team members as well as establishing a training concept on how to deploy clear leadership required to build high performance teams going through difficult challenges and overcome any circumstances to achieve ambitious goals.
The program ran from 16-24 h. and was conducted as action learning. The participants was exposed to several challenges which they overcame and succeeded. Two basic and very effective leaderhip models "RISK" and "ROSE" was introduced, and the participants also cooked their own meal by the fire place in the dark forrest.
The B&O talent program is headed by Lone Qvist, Senior Business Partner, and it streches over app. two years. For this session, both CEO Tue Mantoni and COO Steffan Persson, participated in the three day lon seminar in Gentofte, Denmark.
The participants come from product development, sales, quality ans service divisions in the company. Their performance and achievements are tested and evaluated on a very professional level.
4 days of intensive leadership training
OLTC takes 8 decisive leaders from the successful construction company, Christiansen & Essenbæk, to Bosnia for 4 days to experience our elite class training program.
They returned with a great smile J – and a greater knowledge and clarity of the bridge between their own personal leadership and management skills.
It demanded a great logistic setup incl. more than 10 different local professional instructors to conduct rappelling, white water rafting by dawn, canyoning in beautiful waterfalls, tactical combat training, hiking in the mountains, base camp establishment and a lot of challenging surprises for the team.
It’s not an adventure course or team building, although that might be a positive side effect: It’s hard core team leader training using the unique environment and our more than 20 years of leadership training experiences with proven track record from real business life and the most demanding situations imaginable.
