Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S joins OLTC development program

The Danish entrepreneur Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S (CEAS), specialiazing in concrete repair on large scale infrastructure projects, has once again signed a comprehensive leadership development contract with Outdoor Leadership Training Center.

CEAS is a succesful company within its business, drawing quite a lot of attention from both customers, suppliers, competitors and public governance. The reason is that CEAS during the last 4-5 years has focused on systematically competence development on all organizational levels.

The results are remarkable and CEAS has also been awarded several prizes besides from postive, financial growth and strenghtening its competitative capabilities.

OLTC, owned by Cronquist Consult Aps. and a part of HR Gruppen with +30 years of leadership experience, has since 2011 delivered this full scale leadership development program. In 2016 OLTC will deliver the following content:

• "Jungle expedition"; 3 days intensive and unique training in leadership executing under harsh conditions, partnering up with special forces instructors and facilities.
• Three teams learning the basic teaching and presentation techniques.
• Auxiliary instructions technique & team cooperation, two days of focused training.
• Leadership & communication, two days outdoor action learning.
• Three teams experiencing "The way we work".
• "Inner Leaderhip Contingency"; 4 days hard core expedition to Bosnia, partnering up with local special forces and professional outdoor instructors for rappelling, white water rafting and canyoning.
